The Dutching Calculator is a betting tool used to distribute your stake across multiple outcomes so that if any of them wins, you have a consistent profit.

- It’s used when you want to bet on more than one outcome of an event (e.g., several possible correct scores in a match).
- The goal is to allocate the stakes correctly based on the odds, so that the profit is the same regardless of which outcome wins.
- It is different from hedging, because here you work before the event, not to cover an existing bet.
In essence, the Dutching Calculator calculates how much to stake on each selection so that the profit is the same regardless of the result. The formula for the stake on a single selection is:
$$ \text{Stake}_i = \text{Total Stake} \times \frac{\frac{1}{\text{Odd}_i}}{\left(\frac{1}{\text{Odd}_1} + \frac{1}{\text{Odd}_2} + \dots\right)} $$
Example (Correct Score Style):
You want to bet a total of €100 on possible correct scores in a match.
Odds:
- 1-0 → 7.00
- 2-0 → 8.00
- 3-0 → 11.00
The Dutching Calculator will tell you:
- Stake for 1-0 (7.00) ≈ €39.82
- Stake for 2-0 (8.00) ≈ €34.84
- Stake for 3-0 (11.00) ≈ €25.34
